This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").

We collect the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate mortgage financing options. See our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Notice.
Categories of Personal Information We Collect
- Identifiers — name, postal address, email address, telephone number, Social Security number and online identifiers.
- Financial information — income, assets, liabilities, credit history and credit scores.
- Commercial information — the loan products and services you inquire about or obtain.
- Internet activity — browser type, IP address, pages viewed and interactions with our emails.
- Professional or employment information — employer, position and employment history.
- Inferences — loan eligibility and product suitability drawn from the above.
Our Privacy Policy describes the sources of this information, the business purposes for which it is used, and the categories of recipients it is disclosed to.
Your Rights
As a California resident you may:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes and the recipients.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the CCPA allows — including information we must retain under federal and state mortgage lending, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping laws.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where applicable. See Your Privacy Choices.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Much of the information we hold is subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information covered by those laws is exempt from the CCPA, and requests affecting it are handled under those statutes instead.
How to Submit a Request

We will verify your identity before acting on a request. Verification normally requires you to confirm information already in our records; for a deletion or correction request affecting loan data we may require additional verification. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will require written permission signed by you.
We respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, and will tell you if we need a further 45 days.
